Customer Feedback
Okay- so I've been meaning to load this information for a long time. One of my regular guests has been saying to me for years that I need to load up the great feedback we get, and I am finally getting around to doing it.
My feelings about feedback from customers are that we need as much as we can get to keep driving our product forward and keep on top of things.
So here goes!! Feedback from the most recent batch of visitor surveys from Tourism Tasmania.
The friendly, efficient and competent staff ensured my stay was a most pleasant and enjoyable one. They go the extra mile and deserve to have their efforts recognised. (J McGurgan NSW)
Friendliness of staff is unreal as is the service. A real pleasure to stay here. Like staying with family. the best stay I've had nothing is too hard. Superior service, a smile goes a long way, they could make the moon. (P Wood TAS)

We have stayed in other places in wynyard and by far the best value for money. As regular visitors to Wynyard it is nice to stay somewhere that feels like home away from home, (B Parry TAS)
I stay regularly at this motel, whilst building a house in the vicinity. Each time I stay, I feel like I'm at home. Apart from being beuatifully positioned on the inglis river at wynyard, all staff are lovely and look after your every need. This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Very impressive, well presented and welcoming. The owners are obviously putting a lot of effort into running their business well and it shows! The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped, squeeky clean, nothing was left out and even 2 director's chairs were provided to enjoy the great view of the river. The service and food and presentation was top class and we would readily stay again and reccommend it to friends visiting Northern Tasmania. Lovely People! (M&J Williams)
The venue is great, rooms are v good. Management and staff just great, the welcome is very warm, food is tops. I look forward to my next visit. I have stayed here for three years every month, and I could have been here for 32 years if I had found it sooner! (M Baker)
